UPDATE: Ukraine to raise anti-dumping duty on Russian ammonia nitrate

KIEV, Mar 26 (PRIME) -- Ukraine plans to raise the anti-dumping duties on Russia’s ammonia nitrate to 29.25% for Dorogobuzh and to 42.96% for other producers, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The order will enter in force on the date of publication in the official government’s newspaper.

The duties were set in 2014 for five years at 20.51% for Dorogobuzh and 36.03% for the rest of Russian exporters. Russia is contesting the measure in the World Trade Organization (WTO).
